Now, a new website I want to introduce to everyone. It is Atlaspost. The website owner found it is interest to use map to build and post any articles. So user can see how many things happened around their location. The creator set up this website in the middle of 2007. After that, a lot of media focus this new website. (See Press Release) They also are invited to join DEMO SHOW in 2008. According to DEMO website, “DEMO is the launchpad for emerging technologies both as conferences in the U.S., Europe, and China and as a news and information Web site. This website is new media and they want to connect social network service and real world together. Users can use Yahoo Account to log in, or register a new user account. And then, they can use Google Maps on this website to share their experience with locations, such as have a nice dinner with a fantasy restaurant. Users just put in the correct location and share the experience and pictures. Other users can easily find it. In my opinion, this website is not only benefit for individual users but also for business companies. Restaurants can show the location, menu and pictures to attract audiences. Travel agencies put interesting pictures about their trips to encourage people use their service.
