Recently, I saw an article about “The blogger mom — Salt Lake woman’s Web rants from home draw raves and revenue.” According to Technorati, this is a blog search engine; this blogging rank is 47^th now. This blogger’s name is Heather Armstrong, she was a website designer. Now she is a at-home mother and blogger, has a 4-years-old daughter. In her blog, it shows all of article about her family life.

Nowadays, a lot of blogs show their life experiences. So why is this blog so successful? She writes her life deeply. Comparing with other bloggers, her blog does not cover anything about her “PRIVATE” life.

However, this blogger does not mention how much she earns every month? But according to Technorati, almost 4 million PV (Page Views) are in her blog per month. It estimated the site could yield $40,000 (US dollars) a month in revenue. So her husband quit his job two years ago. She and her husband launch a company, Armstrong Production, together. Now they have their online shop.

And she is also a endorser. She only endorses those products she purchased. For example, “Yukiko Kamioka in Colchester, England, said she was struggling with only 10 visitors a day to her Web site, seabreezestudio.co.uk, until Dooce endorsed her handmade bags; 3,000 visitors immediately swamped her site, and she soon sold out of her merchandise.” Is means she ahs that power bring the business and she is also the information leadership.
